Project Outcomes and Impact
- We integrated the MEP and Archi BIM models during the design stage and then conducted the key-spaces clash detection and resolution to facilitate the construction process.
- During the construction stage, the as-built BIM model had been continually updated to reflect the current status of construction.
- A Lean-BIM synergy was implemented to effectively monitor the progress of the project and to carry out the transfer of BIM data at later stages.
